At Innerher Store, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn where applicable, and returned in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order information may be required.
• Personalized, customized, used, hygiene-sensitive, or final-sale products may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.

Return Process

Before sending any item back, contact us at contact@innerherstore.com with your order number and reason for return. If the return is approved, we will provide the applicable instructions and return address.

Do not send returns to our corporate address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so. Return locations may vary by product and fulfillment facility.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs when applicable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after an eligible return is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Where mandatory consumer law provides additional cancellation or withdrawal rights, including eligible distance purchases in the European Union or European Economic Area, those rights will be respected. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.
