Shipping & Processing

At Innerher Store, we carefully process each order before it is handed to the shipping carrier. Most physical orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days, although processing may take longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent by email.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery within the United States is generally estimated at approximately 7–15 business days after processing. International delivery, where available, is generally estimated at approximately 10–20 business days. These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally arrive in separate packages or on different dates.

Returns

Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items generally must be unused, unworn where applicable, and in their original packaging. Contact us before sending any product back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs when applicable.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. Different refund conditions may apply after access or download, subject to applicable consumer law.
