How to Use — Body Mode

Apply a compatible body lotion, massage oil or gel to help the device glide more comfortably.
2. Choose your attachment.
Select the larger suction cup for broader areas or the smaller cup for more targeted areas.
3. Start at a lower setting.
Begin with a comfortable suction and intensity level, especially during your first sessions.
4. Keep the device moving.
Gently move the device over the selected area rather than holding suction continuously in one spot.
5. Keep sessions controlled.
The supplier recommends approximately 2–3 minutes per area and up to 30 minutes for a full-body routine.
More intensity isn't necessarily better. Start gently, learn how your skin responds and choose settings that remain comfortable throughout your routine.
